Shipping Times

We process and ship all orders within 7-15 business days. Please note that business days exclude weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery progress.

Shipping Regions

We currently offer shipping to customers worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

All orders include a tracking number. You can track your package in real-time using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Shipping Delays

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our support team at support@breeze.co within 48 hours with photographic evidence. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
