You may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date if the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Items must be in resalable condition.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by customer use
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Intimate apparel for hygiene reasons

How to Request a Refund

Return Shipping

Once approved, you may return your item to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refund Processing
